LLKT Carolina

Carolina is the newest generation of Keeton genetics. She is the first natural calf of LLKT Arizona and is sired by our herd bull AUTO Black Coffee. She follows her dam and grand-dam as a winner at the San Antonio Livestock Expo as 2016 Champion Junior Limousin Heifer.

LLKT Anna

Anna is a full sister to LLKT Yvonne and represents this cow family perfectly. She was the Grand Champion Limousin Heifer at the 2015 NALJA Junior National Show and Congress held in Tulsa, OK. Additionally, she was the Champion Limousin Heifer at the 2015 Texas Junior Field Day and was named champion several other times. Anna has entered production and will be a top donor for us very soon.

LLKT Arizona

Arizona is the first natural calf of LLKT Yvonne and is sired by MAGS Sasquatch. She was shown to several championships, but the biggest happened in San Antonio in February 2015. The three judge panel named her the Supreme Champion Junior Heifer at the San Antonio Livestock Expo, beating out 1900+ other entries that week. Arizona’s first natural calf, LLKT Carolina, is also developing into a world class female. Arizona is a top donor for our ET program and her influence will be seen for a very long time.

LLKT Yvonne

Yvonne pulled everything together for us and wrapped it up with a fancy bow. She is a daughter of LLKT Tremor and a Direct Hit daughter we raised that was aptly named LLKT Unique. She is now the cornerstone of our ET program and her calves exceed our expectations. Yvonne was shown many times and achieved Supreme Championships and Breed Championships in many locations.  Her progeny and their descendants have become champions themselves, carrying on the legacy that she began. Yvonne and her calves combine the best features of the Limousin breed with bold rib shape, massive volume, and impressive lines that are necessary to stand at the front of the line in today’s beef industry.

BULLS

LLKT Tremor

Tremor was an impressive Blaque Rulon son that was raised by Keeton Limousin. His progeny are prominent in our herd and also the Begert Limousin herd in Allison, TX. Tremor brought style and functionality to his progeny, both bulls and heifers, while keeping the focus on the strengths that built the Limousin breed: muscling and efficiency. Tremor’s impact on our herd will linger a long time due to the quality passed on to his sons and daughters which made it easy to decide to keep them when it was time to pick replacements.

AUTO Black Coffee

Black Coffee is the newest member of the bull battery at Keeton Limousin. Owned with Begert Limousin, he now splits his time between our two herds. Black Coffee brings a solid foundation and style to the table and his early progeny do not disappoint. Black Coffee’s strength is his massive foot and bone structure combined with all of the attributes we love: muscle, rib, volume, and style. His EPDs are just how we like them: balanced with a tilt towards strong growth and functionality.
